Vision Properties is looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Close Deals on qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends and company projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Graduate).
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
