.To support their continued growth, they are expanding their virtual team. As a Medical Virtual Assistant (Dental), you will be a vital part of the front-office operations—handling scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience for every patient

Key Responsibilities Coordinate appointment scheduling and reminders Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality Assist with claims processing and insurance verification Handle patient inquiries, messages, and general correspondence Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets Oversee email and text communications – sorting, responding, prioritizing, and sending newsletters Provide billing support Perform reactivation calls and scheduling, clearly communicating next steps to patients Support the team with other administrative and provider-assistance ta
sksUtilize Dentrix Ascend software for scheduling, patient records, and billing
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, preferably in dental settings Experience using Dentrix Ascend is preferred Experience in: Remote Patient Monitoring Telephone triage Patient Care Coordination Dental Reception & Billing Reactivation and appointment confirmations Fast and accurate data entry with attention to detail Responsive and collaborative communication with the on-site team HIPAA-compliant work practices and understanding of patient privacy protocols Ability to analyze KPIs and productivity metrics
