Our team is expanding, and we are currently looking for dedicated Medical Scribes to join our operations in Karachi.
Job Description:

We are hiring Medical Scribes to work alongside U.S.-based physicians. As a scribe, you will document patient encounters in real-time during consultations, helping to streamline the clinical documentation process and ensure accurate and complete patient records.
Key Responsibilities:

Listen to audio recordings or live consultations and document clinical information accurately in electronic medical records (EMRs)
Prepare and edit patient charts, histories, and treatment notes
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of medical documentation
Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding case updates or discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a life sciences or healthcare-related field)
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Excellent English listening, comprehension, and writing skills
Familiarity with EMRs and medical documentation processes is a plus
Ability to work full-time onsite during night hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Previous experience in medical scribing or transcription is preferred but not mandatory
