Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and has at least one year of relevant professional experience. This role demands strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in developing presentations and managing documentation efficiently. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns and must demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing communication principles to effectively contribute to the company's growth and brand visibility. The successful candidate will be highly organized with excellent time management abilities, capable of coordinating efforts across different departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This position does not involve managing a team but requires working collaboratively with various stakeholders to support campaign management and other marketing activities.
Responsibilities
 

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to achieve company objectives.
• Develop clear and engaging presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials following established communication principles.
• Contribute to market research and analysis to better understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, timelines, and budgets to support project management.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure clear understanding of marketing strategies and tasks.
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide support for events, promotions, and other marketing-related activities as needed.
