Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance the company's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and brings at least one year of relevant experience. This role demands proficiency in marketing analytics, event coordination, customer relationship management, marketing communication, and campaign planning. The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in aligning marketing strategies with business objectives and ensures smooth communication across departments. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are essential to successfully execute multiple marketing activities and projects simultaneously. This position does not require managing a team but focuses on working collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to facilitate the effective rollout of marketing campaigns and events. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for crafting communications, developing presentations, maintaining documentation, and utilizing marketing analytics to support decision-making. Clear verbal and written communication skills enable this professional to effectively engage with team members, vendors, and customers to reinforce the companys marketing goals and brand image.
Responsibilities
 

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns according to company guidelines and schedules.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, ensuring all logistics and details are managed efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and documentation to support promotions and internal communication.
  • Maintain strong customer relationship management by supporting communication with clients and partners.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure marketing objectives align with business needs and schedules.
  • Support the marketing team by tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing communication content consistent with company branding.
  • Manage marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and facilitate targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to contribute insights for continuous marketing strategy enhancement.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other marketing documentation to ensure easy access and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support marketing efforts, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports on marketing activity outcomes to help guide strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of organization to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
