Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive / MTO

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Executive / Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Create and post engaging content (images, captions, reels)
• Respond to customer queries and messages professionally
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
• Monitor social media trends and competitors
• Assist in running paid ads (basic level)
• Analyze performance and prepare simple reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing / Business / Media preferred)
• Fresh or 6 months – 1 year experience (both can apply)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Bahadrabad Karcahi

Salary: Market competitive (based on experience)

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
