  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 6–8 years of FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to IMT/LMT channel management and key account handling.
  • Proven experience in managing modern trade accounts and delivering business targets.
  • Strong understanding of trade promotions, category management, and in-store execution.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and identify growth opportunities through market insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key IMT and LMT customers across Karachi and the South region.
  • Achieve assigned targets related to volume, value, market share, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key modern trade accounts.
  • Ensure effective execution of trade activities, promotional campaigns, visibility standards, and category growth initiatives.
  • Build strong customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements and trade terms.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and trade marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and improve in-store execution standards.
