Project Manager

White Label Communications (WLC) is a purpose-built, private-label telecom platform provider delivering UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, e-POTS, and network monitoring solutions to MSPs, ISPs, CLECs, OEMs, other channel partners, and direct clients. Founded in 2010 and based in Exton, PA, WLC operates a geo-redundant hybrid cloud platform engineered for 99.999% uptime. Our partners white-label our technology under their own brand, and our job is to make them wildly successful as well as providing direct products to select clients.

The Role

WLC is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused Project Manager to join our Service Delivery team. This role owns the end-to-end project lifecycle for client onboarding, service deployments, and other client-facing initiatives. You will be the primary coordination point between WLC internal teams (provisioning, engineering, support, and sales) and our partners and the end customers, keeping projects on track, on time, clearly communicated every step of the way, and escalating when needed.

This role reports to the Manager of Project Management, who reports to the Director of Service Delivery.

Schedule

● Monday through Friday, normal U.S. business hours aligned to Eastern Time (EST/EDT)

● Occasional coordination outside normal hours for critical project milestones and cutovers, scheduled in advance

What You Will Do

● Own and manage client onboarding and additional client facing projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule

● Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, setting expectations and communicating status clearly and proactively

● Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including provisioning, engineering, and support to execute project deliverables

● Build and maintain project plans, timelines, status trackers, and documentation for all active engagements

● Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and escalate or resolve them appropriately

● Facilitate project kickoff calls, status meetings, and milestone reviews with partners and internal stakeholders

● Track and report on project health, delivery timelines, and post-implementation outcomes

● Contribute to the continuous improvement of WLC's onboarding and project delivery processes

● Support multiple concurrent client projects without losing quality or attention to detail

Required Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or a similar delivery coordination role

● Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

● Clear, professional written and verbal English communication — you will be writing to partners and stakeholders daily

● Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders informed

● High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

● Quiet, private, and secure remote workspace

● A high-quality Internet connection

Strongly Preferred

● Experience in a telecom, UCaaS, SaaS, or managed services environment

● Familiarity with VoIP, UCaaS, or cloud communications concepts (you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to follow the conversation)

● Experience supporting channel partners, resellers, B2B clients, and direct end clients

● PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training or equivalent experience

● Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI)

Pay: Rs1,500.00 - Rs2,900.00 per hour
