🌟 About the Role:

Q Tech Solutions is hiring for our ongoing campaign with Quick Lease Car Rentals (UAE-based), a leading rent-a-car company in Dubai. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead – Accounts Receivable to manage receivables, ensure financial accuracy, and lead a team that supports seamless business operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the AR team to ensure efficient invoicing and collections

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with agents for timely collection

Maintain and reconcile customer accounts with precision

Enforce credit control policies to minimize bad debts

Resolve billing disputes and coordinate with sales and customer service teams

Generate and analyze AR reports, offering insights for improvements

Support the month-end/year-end closing by preparing financial reports

Identify areas for automation and streamline AR operations

Prepare indemnity sheets after agent follow-ups

Assist PRO with legal cases by providing balance summaries

Train and mentor AR team members to enhance performance and compliance

🎯 Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

Rent-a-Car industry experience is mandatory

Must be fluent in English

Education: MBA, ACCA, M.Com, or equivalent

UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred

💸 Salary: AED 100,000 – 150,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
