Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) is a leading humanitarian and healthcare organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through quality healthcare, rehabilitation, and social inclusion. We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Rehabilitation Center in Larkana.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documentation.
• Prepare vouchers, receipts, payment records, and bank reconciliations.
• Process payments and maintain cash and bank transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain fixed asset records and supporting financial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Prepare statutory deductions and maintain payroll-related records, where applicable.
• Perform any other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance,
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or NGO sector.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Urdu proficiency in English will be an added advantage
