Role & Responsibility

Manage all accounting transactions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely payments processing.
Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
Contribute to financial audits.
Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
Processing invoices
Supporting the accounts manager with projects and tasks when required
Handle the daily transactions from other departments.
Skills & Experience

Two year experience with Bachelors/Master’s Degree
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Excellent time and project management skills.
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Familiar with Quick Book and Xero software
Expert at Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
