Capital Power are seeking an experienced and motivated After Sales Supervisor – Diesel Generators to join our team and oversee after-sales service operations, customer support, and maintenance activities for diesel generator products.

Position: After Sales Supervisor – Diesel Generators

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

*Location: Riyadh, KSA*

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise after-sales service activities for diesel generators and related equipment.

Manage installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.

Lead and coordinate service technicians to ensure timely and efficient customer support.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prepare service schedules and monitor completion of service jobs.

Coordinate with spare parts and technical teams to ensure parts availability and timely support.

Investigate customer complaints and provide effective technical solutions.

Prepare service reports, warranty claims, and maintenance records.

Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and quality standards.

Provide technical guidance and training to service personnel when required.

*Requirements:*

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales service and maintenance of diesel generators.

Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, generators, control panels, and troubleshooting.

Experience with generator brands such as Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, or similar brands will be an advantage.

Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple service activities and work under pressure.
