The Med Alert Jr. Closer plays a vital role in reviewing and validating relevant documents and records to ensure information accuracy. Although this position does not involve team management responsibilities, effective communication and time management skills are crucial to meeting verification targets and contributing to process improvements within the organization.
Responsibilities
 

• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness following company and client guidelines.
• Review documents, records, forms, and other materials to ensure information is correctly recorded and compliant.
• Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data promptly to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify information and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of verification processes and produce regular reports on findings and progress.
• Adhere strictly to procedural and quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability in data verification.
• Protect sensitive and personal information by following confidentiality policies during all verification tasks.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry standards, company policies, and verification techniques to enhance effectiveness.
• Manage time efficiently to meet or exceed daily and weekly verification targets and deadlines.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency within the verification process.
• Utilize lead qualification techniques to assess the potential of sales leads and facilitate customer relationship management.
• Apply effective sales closing techniques and product knowledge to support the sales process and increase success rates.
