ARCHITECT

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings, and developing new ways of using existing buildings. The ideal candidate should have strong design and project management skills, be proficient with architectural software, and possess a deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan building projects using architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Create detailed blueprints and construction documents.
• Ensure all designs meet local zoning laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals and feasibility reports to clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is progressing according to plans.
• Research materials, specifications, building techniques, and sustainability options.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
