In this role, you will work closely with global and regional cross-functional teams to implement brand strategies that align with our vision. Your efforts will focus on driving sustainable growth, managing profit and loss, supporting future business development, and identifying opportunities for new product innovation and platform expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute brand strategies for assigned brands.
- Develop product and packaging initiatives that support brand objectives.
- Implement pricing strategies to enhance market positioning and profitability.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing communication and media campaigns.
- Provide strategic recommendations for commercial plans aimed at achieving revenue, profit, and market share goals.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and performance tracking.
- Utilize consumer insights and brand positioning to develop comprehensive 360-degree marketing communications and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Proven marketing experience, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Strong knowledge of brand management and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently while effectively influencing and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills paired with creativity, balancing commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling and inspiring brand narratives.
- Experience managing projects from concept through to completion, with a focus on delivering actionable results.
