BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is looking for an "Assistant Manager Administration" in their Administration department.

 

Qualifications: BBA, MBA, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications in facilities management or supply chain are a plus).

 

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Corporate Administration, Facilities Management, and Vendor Operations.

 

Location: Head Office, Karachi.

 

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive administrative and facilities management programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with operational strategy and business requirements. The role involves identifying administrative needs, managing the corporate facility maintenance calendar, and driving workplace optimization interventions to foster operational readiness and continuous efficiency building.

The individual will coordinate seamlessly with departmental heads to map logistical requirements, lead annual administrative budgeting cycles, and drive health, safety, and environment (HSE) frameworks that build a high-performance workspace. Additionally, they will champion workplace culture initiatives, manage vendor relationship and procurement projects, and track key administration metrics related to cost efficiency, resource utilization, and overall organizational health.

 

Notably, the role includes implementing asset management strategies, managing corporate travel and fleet frameworks, and steering change management programs to embed BYD's core values, sustainability standards, and operational excellence across all levels of the organization.

Strong strategic thinking, negotiation prowess, and program management skills are essential, along with a high level of problem-solving ability, crisis management skills, and cross-functional coordination to establish an inclusive and premium organizational workspace.
