Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and creative Assistant Manager – Public Awareness to join the Taskeen team. The ideal candidate will:

1.) Develop and manage content calendars, coordinating with internal teams to ensure

timely and relevant content creation.

2.) Work closely with the Content Producer to conceptualize and create impactful content

for various platforms.

3.) Develop and maintain digital assets, including social media handles and other online

platforms.

4.) Plan, shoot, and produce stories of hope and short-form content tailored for social

media.

5.) Coordinate with external teams and vendors to manage content production, ensuring

quality and adherence to deadlines.

6.) Implement and monitor digital ad campaigns across Taskeen’s social media channels.

7.) Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing efforts, assessing them

against ROI and KPI goals.

Experience

1.) Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communications, or a related field.

2.) At least 3-5 years’ experience of digital marketing, content development and social media

management.

3.) Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.

4.) Candidate must demonstrate strong planning and management skills

5.) Candidate must have exceptional English/Urdu communication and public speaking

skills.

Background

Taskeen is a mental health initiative that aims to change people’s attitudes and behaviours

towards mental health and wellbeing in Pakistan through awareness, education, expression, and

advocacy. Our digital and mass media activities aim to make Taskeen pioneers in the promotion

of mental health and prevention of mental illness in Pakistan by:

1.) Raising awareness about the importance of mental health and reducing the stigma against

mental illness.

2.) Educating people about the causes, signs, symptoms, and management of mental health

problems.

3.) Encouraging healthy expression to help people build their resilience and improve

communication

Salary range is 90,000 - 110,000
