Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing: Execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities & areas.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Product Promotion: Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-4 Years of Retail Sales Experience in Automotive Parts, Lubricants, FMCG, or Construction
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
