Customer Service Sales Specialist

Techsol IT is seeking motivated individuals for the position of International Sales & Customer Success Specialist based in Karachi. This role focuses on supporting US-based clients through calls and chats by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls and chats from customers located in the United States, efficiently resolving their inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot any issues customers may face.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Utilize CRM systems and other support software to document and track customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent are essential.
- Minimum educational requirement is Matric/O Levels; however, a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be provided with on-the-job training.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
