Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Bike Riders, based in the Karachi South District. Key responsibilities include delivering products promptly to customers while ensuring the items are handled with care. The Bike Rider will also confirm accurate delivery details, maintain delivery records, and follow safety protocols during transportation. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition are important aspects of this role.
 

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a motorcycle and valid motorbike driving license.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation applications in Karachi.
• Customer service skills to engage positively with customers and address any delivery queries professionally.
• Basic maintenance knowledge to ensure the motorbike remains in good condition.
• Physical fitness to manage deliveries effectively and handle products safely.
• Prior experience in a similar delivery role is an advantage but not mandatory.
