Saab Moulded Furniture is seeking a dependable Branch Helper Loader to support the efficient loading and unloading of furniture at our facility. The ideal candidate is physically fit and capable of manual material handling tasks, ensuring that all items are handled with care and precision. This role involves assisting in the movement of goods within the branch, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the team in daily operations without direct management responsibilities. The Branch Helper Loader plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of operations by ensuring that furniture products are correctly loaded for transport and unloaded upon arrival. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety protocols are essential for success. This position involves working collaboratively with other team members to meet shipping and receiving deadlines while upholding Saab Moulded Furniture's standards for quality and service.
Responsibilities
 

• Manually load and unload furniture and related materials safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all furniture products are handled with care to avoid damage during loading and unloading processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading area and warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory checks and verification of received and dispatched goods to maintain accurate records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
• Support team members by performing additional duties as assigned to facilitate smooth branch operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate loading and unloading activities.
• Adhere to scheduled loading and unloading times to support timely deliveries and shipments.
• Report any issues related to equipment, materials, or safety hazards promptly to the management team.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and endurance to perform repeated lifting, bending, and moving of furniture items throughout the workday.
