Job Description

Saab Moulded Furniture is seeking a motivated and experienced Outlet Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in selling company products directly to customers at our company outlets or branches. This role requires strong customer service skills and effective sales techniques to ensure outstanding customer experiences and to drive sales growth. The Outlet Salesman plays a key role in building customer relationships and maintaining the reputation of Saab Moulded Furniture through excellent service and product knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our product range to meet those needs. This position does not involve managing a team but requires strong personal accountability and the ability to work independently within the sales environment. The Outlet Salesman will collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations at the outlet and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
 

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all company products to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Apply effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales and maximize revenue at the company outlet.
• Ensure the outlet is well-presented, organized, and stocked with the appropriate inventory levels at all times.
• Process sales transactions promptly and accurately, handling cash and other payment methods securely.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales and customer interactions to assist in monitoring sales performance and customer trends.
• Collaborate with outlet staff to support daily operations and maintain a positive sales environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures, adhering to workplace safety and security guidelines.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential product improvements.
