Origency is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join its dynamic team based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This position involves producing engaging visual content daily while working directly with clients on-site within a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in photography and videography, experienced with DSLR cameras and gimbals, and capable of delivering high-quality visual storytelling that resonates across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. This role demands an individual who is punctual, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines independently, contributing proactive content ideas and managing their creative output with ownership and dedication. The Content Creator will thrive in an environment that values creativity and innovation in crafting compelling stories by collaborating with various stakeholders, including coaches and staff on location. Responsibilities also include editing photos and videos with basic to advanced editing skills preferred, effective organization of digital assets using tools like Google Drive, and a deep understanding of social-first content strategies. Responsibilities
 

• Capture and produce high-quality video and photo content daily that highlights client activities and stories.
• Operate DSLR cameras and gimbals proficiently to ensure well-composed, properly lit, and engaging visuals suitable for various social media platforms.
• Edit images and video content effectively to create appealing reels, stories, and posts using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom as preferred.
• Develop and suggest creative content ideas aligned with current digital and social media trends to enhance audience engagement.
• Coordinate closely with on-site personnel including coaches and staff to create authentic and compelling storytelling content.
• Manage and organize all digital content meticulously on cloud platforms like Google Drive to ensure easy accessibility and thorough file maintenance.
• Tailor content specifically for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts to optimize reach and interaction with the target audience.
• Maintain consistent communication and demonstrate a proactive approach in managing creative tasks independently while adhering to deadlines.
• Engage in ongoing learning and application of social-first content strategies to stay ahead within the digital media landscape.
• Handle equipment responsibly, maintaining readiness and quality of DSLR cameras, gimbals, and provided devices to support continuous production.
