We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations, growth, and profitability of a premium service-based business in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent people management, sales, operational, and customer service skills.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving revenue targets, leading teams, maintaining service excellence, and driving business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Performance & Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive sales performance and maximize branch profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve branch performance.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure team members adhere to company policies and SOPs.
  • Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally.
  • Monitor service quality standards and continuously improve customer experience.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations and workflow.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and staff productivity.
  • Monitor inventory, assets, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze sales, operational, and customer service metrics.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to drive growth and efficiency.

RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in branch management, operations management, business management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, retail, wellness, customer service, or other service-oriented industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and achieving business targets.

Skills
