What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and deliver measurable business results. You will also support the development of integrated brand plans and lead key brand initiatives, that ensure in-field excellence and cross-functional alignment.

You will work closely with the sales team to drive engagement, develop compelling promotional content, and ensure flawless execution of campaigns. Your insights will guide market analysis, inform brand positioning, and support the achievement of growth targets.

 

You Are Good At

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies and integrated marketing plans that translate into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns, cycle meetings, and engagement activities.
  • Driving field force alignment and brand visibility through relevant detailing tools and training.
  • Analyzing market trends and contributing to performance optimization.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Leading the creation of promotional materials, detail aids, and marketing assets.
  • Providing timely input into brand reviews, market intelligence, and tactical planning.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Pharm-D from an HEC-recognized institution. An MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; exposure to or experience in pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and execution capability.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • A collaborative working style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

As a Brand Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams and gain hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of pharmaceutical marketing.
