We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help drive MIDRA's next stage of global growth.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll lead MIDRA's global brand marketing strategy across campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, creators, and community. Working closely with creative, ecommerce, content, and performance marketing teams, you'll build campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead MIDRA's global brand marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Build creator, influencer, and brand partnerships.
- Lead brand activations, events, pop-ups, and collaborations.
- Ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, and marketing teams.
- Monitor trends and optimize campaign performance.
- Help establish MIDRA as a leading global jewelry brand.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years in brand marketing (fashion, jewelry, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong experience in brand storytelling and premium positioning.
- Experience managing creators, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media, ecommerce, and consumer behavior.
- Creative, strategic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus
- Experience with global ecommerce brands.
- Jewelry, fashion, or luxury background.
- Existing creator or industry network.
- International brand launch experience.
