DG Tech Machinery is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand its presence in the plastic machinery sector. This role focuses on identifying and converting new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and market research. The successful candidate will engage with potential clients to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in B2B sales, preferably with experience in the plastic industry, along with strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively present the companys products and services. In this role, you will work independently to meet sales targets and contribute to the companys strategic sales objectives. With a minimum of two years of experience, you will apply your understanding of market trends and customer needs to deliver value-driven solutions. This position does not involve managing a team but requires a self-motivated and target-driven individual who can thrive in a competitive environment and enhance DG Tech Machinerys market footprint through proactive engagement and persistent follow-up.
Responsibilities
 

  • Generate and qualify leads through research and networking to develop new business opportunities in the plastic machinery sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their requirements and supporting their needs.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients explaining product features, benefits, and commercial terms.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to align strategy and ensure seamless customer service.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in company systems.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
  • Develop personalized sales approaches tailored to the needs of different client segments within the plastic industry.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing professional and timely solutions to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote DG Tech Machinerys products and expand the professional network.
