SALES OFFICER- COSMETICS AND PERSONAL CARE

Color Studio is seeking a dynamic, result driven Sales Officer to manage and expand our footprint across Karachi. You will drive sales volume, secure premium brand visibility, and build strong retail networks. This role requires active field coverage of General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and aggressive new store acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Coverage: Conduct daily field visits to achieve maximum product depth across GT outlets and MT chains.
• New Store Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard new cosmetic retailers, departmental stores, and beauty counters.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly primary and secondary sales targets to unlock performance incentives.
• Merchandising Excellence: Ensure optimal product placement, testers deployment, and shelf visibility at all retail points.
• Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with store managers, distributors, and floor beauty advisors.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales logs, competitor activity updates, and market feedback reports.
• BA Management for your stores

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BCom preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience specifically in Cosmetics, Makeup, or Personal Care sectors.
• Market Knowledge: Strong existing network and understanding of Karachi's GT and Modern Trade landscapes.
• Assets: Must own a reliable motorcycle and a valid driving license.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and high energy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: PKR 50,000 to PKR 70,000+ per month based on your experience, skill set and capabilities.
• Fuel Allowance: Market-competitive fuel and maintenance allowance.
• Incentive Structure: High-yield performance bonuses tied to sales targets and new store onboardings, Quarterly incentives and commissions on sales and store wise profitability.
