Line Soft is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its US Staffing and Recruitment services across diverse domains such as IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Professional Services. The incumbent will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients and partners, and driving consistent revenue growth through innovative staffing solutions. This position requires expertise in working directly with clients, implementation partners, MSP/VMS programs, and enterprise-level accounts throughout the United States. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in recruitment sales specific to the US market, with a solid understanding of staffing models and vendor collaboration processes. While this role does not include team management responsibilities, it demands collaborative engagement with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates. Success in this role depends on a proactive approach to client relationship management, effective negotiation, and a deep knowledge of market trends within the US staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities for IT, Healthcare, and Professional Services staffing across the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, prime vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners to expand business reach.
- Identify client staffing needs and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to fulfill contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time position requirements.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client presentations, detailed contract negotiations, onboarding processes, and ongoing account management.
- Coordinate with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure timely submission and placement of qualified candidates, meeting client expectations.
- Establish and maintain staffing pipelines for key technological areas such as Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, ETRM/CTRM, Epic, and Cybersecurity.
- Participate actively in requests for proposals, vendor registrations, empanelment processes, and the development and maintenance of staffing agreements.
- Continuously monitor market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities within the US staffing industry to inform business strategies.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Utilize CRM systems, professional networking platforms, and job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and Monster for targeted business development efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee processes related to onboarding, compliance adherence, payroll management, and consultant supervision.
