Job Description

Logistix Express Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
• Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
• Present company services and solutions to prospective customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
