MaxBachatMall is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Salesman to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Customer Relationship Management to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and closing sales effectively. The Salesman will work closely with a team of 24 other sales professionals, contributing to a collaborative environment aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a leader within the sales department, the Salesman will also manage a team of 24 team members, providing guidance, motivation, and training to enhance team performance. The role involves analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining product knowledge to stay ahead in a competitive market. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in sales and demonstrate strong organizational skills, persuasive communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
 

  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships using Customer Relationship Management techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 24 sales personnel, providing training, support, and performance feedback to drive team success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant product solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to improve sales tactics and customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to sustain positive client relationships and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inventory departments to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and stock availability.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform management decision-making.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new products to effectively position MaxBachatMall offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices at all times.
