TELE SALES EXECUTIVE- INDOOR (Female)
Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Coordinator cum Tele Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while also engaging in tele sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong sales acumen.
Responsibilities:
1. Office Coordination:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
2. Tele Sales:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve sales targets.
- Provide information about products and services, and present pricing details.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Experience in tele-sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Other:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Female candidates preferred due to specific job requirements.
