Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and expand the client base within the hospitality sector.
  • Conduct detailed market research and segmentation to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels including direct outreach, networking, and lead generation tools.
  • Manage and analyze the sales funnel using CRM software to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize prospects to ensure efficient time management and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Use pipeline analytics to monitor sales performance and report insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with advertising and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry competitors, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline communication and follow-up processes.
  • Continuously update customer profiles and segment data within CRM systems for targeted outreach.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Visualforce to enhance client tracking and reporting capabilities.
