We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Liaison & Business Development representative. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to drive business growth by generating qualified leads and fostering relationships with potential clients. This role is compensated entirely on a lead generation basis, offering significant earning potential for successful candidates.

Responsibilities:

Identify and Generate Qualified Leads: Proactively research and identify potential clients within our target audience (e.g., marketing agencies, production companies, businesses with video needs, etc.).
Outreach and Engagement: Develop and execute effective outreach strategies (e.g., email marketing, social media engagement, networking, cold outreach) to connect with potential clients.
Client Relationship Initiation: Initiate contact with leads, introduce our agency's services, and build rapport.
Needs Assessment: Understand the specific post-production needs and project requirements of potential clients.
Lead Qualification: Accurately qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria (e.g., project scope, budget, timeline, genuine interest).
Information Provision: Provide potential clients with relevant information about our agency's services, portfolio, and pricing (as guided by the agency).
Maintain Lead Tracking: Diligently track and manage all leads and communication in a designated system (CRM or spreadsheet).
Collaboration with Agency Team: Effectively communicate qualified leads to the internal sales/project management team for further follow-up and conversion.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously learn about the latest trends and developments in the post-production and content creation industries.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably within the creative services, marketing, or media industries.
Strong understanding of the post-production process and the needs of potential clients.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using online research tools, social media platforms, and potentially CRM software.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
Familiarity with the world wide market and business landscape is a plus. 
*Compensation:

This is a *commission-based role where you will be paid solely based on the qualified leads you generate that result in a successful project booking with our Post-Production Agency.
Specific details regarding "qualified lead" and the "payment terms" will be discussed during the interview process.
