Business Development Representative

About the job

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation efforts through LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and strategic prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential leads via LinkedIn and professional communities.
• Plan and execute cold email campaigns using tools like Mailshake, Apollo, or Lemlist.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach workflows including automated sequences where needed.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and project potential.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and TPLEX senior executives.
• Maintain and update CRM records and activity logs accurately.
• Set up and potentially manage cold calling tools/campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
• Stay informed about the software development industry, particularly in AI and Web.
• Utilize or explore AI tools for lead scoring, content personalization, or outreach automation (a plus, not a requirement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role (tech/software preferred).
• Strong experience with LinkedIn, email prospecting, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Experience setting up and running email marketing or cold outreach campaigns.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), with fluency in English.
• Basic understanding of AI and software development services is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with a performance-driven culture.
