Eila Solutions is seeking a Business Manager for a Clinical Laboratory to lead outreach, business development, and marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and business development, along with experience in the healthcare or laboratory industry. This role requires a dynamic individual with an MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification and extensive experience managing projects and stakeholders. Although this position does not involve direct team management, it demands excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. The Business Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing outreach programs that align with the companys goals. The role involves monitoring market trends and recommending actionable growth strategies while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the expansion of clinical laboratory services through innovative marketing and business development activities in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement targeted outreach and marketing strategies to increase business growth in the clinical laboratory sector.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and establish referral channels to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and healthcare partners to enhance collaboration and business prospects.
  • Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with overall revenue and business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing recommendations for strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports that demonstrate progress and impact of outreach programs.
  • Support business development processes by identifying client needs and coordinating with internal teams to offer tailored solutions.
  • Assist in coordinating outreach events, promotional campaigns, and partnership meetings to strengthen company presence and visibility in the healthcare market.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to business development activities and client interactions.
