Title: Front Sales Executive — Design

Grand Digitals Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and confident Front Seller for its Web Design Department.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Work inbound Facebook/Meta lead-form submissions from US prospects and convert them into closed web design deals.

-Run discovery calls to understand the prospect's business, current website pain points, goals, and budget.

-Pitch tailored web design solutions (informational sites, e-commerce, Shopify, WordPress, custom builds)

-Build and send proposals, quotes, and contracts; handle pricing objections and negotiate to close.

-Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence across phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp until every lead is closed, disqualified, or scheduled for nurture.

-Keep the Leads Sheet updated daily — call notes, lead stage, next action, and forecast — so the pipeline is always accurate.

-Hand off closed deals cleanly to the production/design team with all collected assets, requirements, and client expectations documented.

Requirements:

-2+ years of front sales / closing experience selling web design or related digital services to US-based clients — this is non-negotiable.

-Proven track record of closing deals from Facebook/Meta lead-form campaigns (please be ready to share numbers).

-Excellent spoken and written English; neutral or American accent suitable for US client calls.

-Solid working knowledge of web design pricing, scope, and timelines — WordPress, Shopify, custom development, hosting, ongoing maintenance — enough to pitch confidently and handle technical questions on the call.

-Understanding of US small-business buyer behavior, common objections, and decision cycles.

-Comfortable working US business hours (night shift from Pakistan).

-Self-driven and target-accountable; able to manage your own pipeline without micromanagement.

-Should be able to own the target of $3000-$5000/ month.

Timings: 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Night Shift, 5 days a week)
