About Us

Al Haram Convertec is a Karachi-based paper and board cutting & converting company. We supply bleach board, packet packs, and related paper products to businesses across the city. We're looking for a driven sales professional to grow and manage our customer base.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and maintaining relationships with customers in the printing and packaging industry. This is a field-heavy sales role — you'll be the face of Al Haram Papers in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to printers, packaging companies, and related businesses to generate new sales leads
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders
• Follow up on outstanding payments and order status
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor activity updates to management
• Meet monthly sales targets to earn commission

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field)
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in paper, packaging, printing, or FMCG
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Urdu and English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Own conveyance preferred
• Based in Karachi

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 50,000/month
• Performance-based commission on sales (details discussed at interview)
