Car Sales Officer - Karachi

As a Car Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will play a vital role in driving car sales for our partner dealers and private sellers. This position demands excellent communication skills, solid market knowledge, and a strong sales mindset to contribute to the growth of PakWheels’ vehicle sales platform. You will be responsible for managing vehicle listings, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth transactions, all while enhancing the overall buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee vehicle listings for assigned customers by visiting seller locations to upload and update car details. Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure vehicles receive timely certification.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing accurate and engaging information about the assigned car stock.
- Accompany prospective buyers to seller locations, applying effective sales techniques to showcase vehicles and facilitate successful sales.
- Ensure the proper and seamless transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers during the transaction process.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports to management, tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the required format.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automobiles, including current industry trends and market standards.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and committed to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools such as Internet and Email.
