This role is in-office, five days a week, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT to support global teams across multiple time zones.

The Senior Business Integration Lead (Finance and NetSuite) will own and lead the integration function for newly acquired companies within Banyan’s UK and EU portfolio. This senior position requires strong finance expertise to determine integration priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accurate financial data throughout the onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with Banyan’s NetSuite team, portfolio leadership, regional finance groups, and offshore teams to guide each acquisition’s integration into NetSuite, including the Net Tangible Assets (NTA) review. Additionally, you will develop playbooks and processes to streamline future integrations and support the growth of the integration team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end integration of acquired entities from deal close to final sign-off, handling multiple integrations simultaneously.
- Lead the NetSuite integration process by defining integration scope and collaborating with the NetSuite team on system build.
- Conduct Net Tangible Assets (NTA) reviews, including opening balance analysis, and reconcile figures with finance teams and portfolio companies.
- Map acquired companies’ charts of accounts to Banyan group standards and ensure alignment with group reporting requirements.
- Oversee data validation and reconciliation for migration of customers, vendors, products, and opening balances.
- Support multi-entity and multi-book reporting setup for each acquisition.
- Review revenue recognition policies and accounting practices of acquired companies against group standards and coordinate necessary adjustments.
- Identify and prioritize gaps between acquired systems and Banyan’s ERP environment for resolution.
- Coordinate compliance activities related to VAT registration, KYC/AML, entity filings, and contract continuity with legal, tax, and external advisors.
- Establish reporting calendars, governance frameworks, and stakeholder communications for integrations.
- Develop and refine integration playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and templates based on lessons learned.
- Present integration progress, risks, and blockers to senior leadership and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Mentor and train junior team members as the integration function expands.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, ERP implementation, or post-acquisition integration, with demonstrated seniority in at least one area.
- Strong foundation in finance, including financial reporting, IFRS or US GAAP, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems, with experience in data migration and multi-entity setups; hands-on NetSuite implementation is highly desirable.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA) either completed or near completion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Experience with net tangible assets reviews, due diligence, or opening balance work is a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience in private equity-backed, acquisitive, or software-focused organizations, or direct M&A integration exposure, is beneficial but not mandatory.
