This role demands a visionary leader with at least 25 years of senior executive experience who is adept in strategic planning, stakeholder management, corporate governance, and business development across the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. The CEO is responsible for driving expansion initiatives in major cities such as Lahore and Islamabad while overseeing the operational performance of a large, diverse workforce of 400 employees. This executive position requires managing all facets of the organization, including financial oversight, risk management, regulatory compliance, and project management, ensuring both efficiency and innovation in daily operations. The CEO provides leadership and direction to the senior management team, fostering a culture of corporate governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Maintaining strong relationships with government entities, investors, and industry partners is essential to uphold the companys reputation and facilitate strategic collaborations. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can execute complex, large-scale initiatives and inspire a robust governance and operational framework across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive long-term corporate strategies that align with the Group Chairmans vision and company goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors to fuel company growth.
  • Lead expansion programs targeting key urban centers including Lahore, Islamabad, and other major cities with high growth potential.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring optimized processes, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • Establish and monitor performance benchmarks, key performance indicators, and governance frameworks to track and enhance organizational success.
  • Ensure the timely and quality delivery of projects while maintaining strict cost control measures to meet financial objectives.
  • Drive financial planning including budget approval, forecasting, and capital expenditure decisions to support sustainable profitability.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations, audit standards, and risk management policies.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with government bodies, investors, partners, and industry stakeholders through effective communication and representation.
  • Represent Aghas Pakistan at high-level industry forums and networking platforms to elevate corporate visibility and influence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team to foster leadership capabilities, accountability, and a performance-driven culture.
  • Implement and uphold strong corporate governance practices and a culture of compliance across all organizational levels.
  • Manage a large team of 400 employees, ensuring alignment of departmental objectives with overall company strategy.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
  • Champion operational excellence by promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices across all functional areas.
