We are urgently hiring an Office Assistant to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the workplace. Tasks including entry log maintenance, greeting visitors, directing calls and queries, schedule meetings, ensure orderliness of work area, documents typing and composition, co-ordination between staff and visitors, troubleshooting and solving common problems in Computer, Photocopy Machine, Printers, etc.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Science or Commerce Graduate or above
  • Basic Computer Literacy is a must
  • MS office Course or CIT Course
  • Data Entry
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Good Communication Skills (Verbal + Written)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to take orders and work efficiently with coordination

Freshers and Experienced both are encouraged to apply.

Candidates near Gulistan e Jauhar and Gulshan will be preferred.

Pay: Rs24,000.00 - Rs28,000.00 per month
