Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on-site in Karāchi, ensuring projects are executed according to design, quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, monitoring work progress, checking materials and workmanship, and assisting with resolving technical issues related to structural and civil engineering aspects of the project. The role also involves preparing and maintaining site reports, documentation, and project records, and collaborating closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and workers to maintain clear communication and alignment. The Site Engineer will support quality control procedures, ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations, and proactively identify potential risks or delays. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications
 

• Ability to manage and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to project plans.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience with quality control processes, including inspection of materials, work quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and their practical application in building projects.
• Background in civil engineering or related field, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency with construction management tools, MS Office, and basic project documentation software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
• Prior experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction engineering role is preferred.
