Controls & Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Control & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support automation and control systems for power and industrial applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to system integration, commissioning, and optimization while ensuring reliable, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and test PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems for power and

industrial applications.

• Prepare control philosophies, IO lists, FDS, FAT/SAT documents, and technical

documentation.

• Support system integration, commissioning, and coordination with vendors and

clients.

• Implement and test Zero Export, reverse power control (PV Diesel), and power

management control strategies.

• Troubleshoot automation systems and recommend improvements for reliability

and performance.

Qualification & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s in Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Electronics

• 3–4 years of experience in PLC/SCADA and automation systems.

• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Schneider, SEL, or Rockwell PLCs.

• Hands-on experience with Arc Informatique PcVue, Siemens WinCC Professional, or

other SCADA platforms is a plus.

• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850,

Profinet, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP).

• Good technical writing and coordination skills.
