Job Description
We are seeking Cold Calling Interns who can actively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, understand their needs, and introduce our BPO and digital marketing services. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain real-world experience in sales, communication, and business development in the digital and outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (mainly businesses/agencies).
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services (BPO & Digital Marketing).
Schedule meetings or demos with senior sales representatives.
Maintain a call log and update CRM tools regularly.
Work closely with the business development team to refine messaging and target audience.
Meet daily/weekly KPIs (calls made, leads generated, etc.).
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking over the phone and handling rejections.
Eager to learn sales strategies and client engagement.
Prior experience in cold calling is a plus (not mandatory).
Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset.
