Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to our customers during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Ability to work night shifts and on-site full-time
Problem-solving mindset and patience with customers

Location: Clifton, Karachi
Shift: 9 pm to 6 am
Transport: Available
