Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to our customers during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have STRONG communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and on-site full-time
• Problem-solving mindset and patience with customers

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
