Role Summary:
Giftooria, a premier gifting solutions provider, is seeking an articulate and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and professional support via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat.
Ensure accurate order placement, coordination, and status updates with internal departments.
Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and adherence to service protocols.
Log and manage customer data using CRM tools, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Act as a liaison between clients and design/operations teams for custom product specifications.
Provide support during high-demand periods, including weekends and holidays.
Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Urdu
Strong command of digital tools (CRM software, WhatsApp Web, email systems)
Proven customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or retail)
Solution-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure
