Job Description:
Pakzon Electric Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Karachi showroom located on Shahrah-e-Faisal. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand, providing excellent service to walk-in customers, handling inquiries, and supporting day-to-day showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information on electric bikes and scooters
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
Coordinate with the sales team and service staff for smooth operations
Maintain customer records and assist with documentation
Keep the showroom organized and presentable
Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
Support sales and marketing initiatives when needed
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
1–2 years of experience in customer service or showroom sales preferred
Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
Friendly personality with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
Punctual and reliable
