Job Description

We are looking for a professional Concierge to deliver outstanding service to our guests and potential clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in welcoming visitors, coordinating facility tours, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their visit. This position demands excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate client needs while maintaining a warm and professional attitude. Additionally, the Concierge will assist the Community Associate in onboarding new clients and accurately maintaining records within the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive first impression.
- Schedule and manage facility tours, keeping track of both walk-ins and pre-arranged appointments.
- Send confirmation emails to guests regarding their scheduled tours to ensure clear communication.
- Follow up with potential clients by providing accurate and comprehensive information about services and facilities.
- Anticipate client needs during visits and build rapport to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide detailed information about amenities, the local area, and nearby venues while actively promoting available services.
- Support the Community Associate in efficiently onboarding new clients.
- Accurately record guest information and specific requirements in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Prepare presentations and relevant materials to share with guests, ensuring they have all necessary information.
- Perform any additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the facility and enhance guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a concierge or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual skills are strongly preferred to better serve diverse clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Polite, confident, and patient demeanor with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A degree in hotel management or a related field is considered an advantage.
